Can I prevent someone from seeing information in my email address book?
Outlook Express and Outlook are common mail programs. These programs automatically place the email address of someone you have replied to in your Address Book. You can turn off this feature. In Outlook Express, for example:

1 - Click on Tools
2 - Click on Options and select Send on the menu bar
3 - Uncheck the box beside Automatically put people I reply to in my Address Book
